Cancelling and refunds

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Billing — it is one button, with no retention offers and nothing to phone or email. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

The $1.00 trial

The trial costs $1.00 and lasts 3 days. At the end of it, the plan you chose starts at its normal price and bills every month until you cancel — for Basic, that is $29.99 a month. Cancel before the 3 days are up and you are never charged that first monthly amount. The $1.00 itself is not refundable.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time. We do not refund part of a month that has already started, because you keep full access to it — the plan simply stops renewing.

Six-month prepaid plans

If you paid for six months up front and cancel partway through, we refund the unused whole months, pro rata. Months you have already begun are not refunded. The refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.

Something went wrong

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the service was unusable for a meaningful stretch, tell us and we will refund it. That is not a formal policy with conditions attached — a charge nobody meant to make is not one we want to keep.

Nothing here limits the refund and cancellation rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
